Cross-country run in and around the beautiful area of the Puinduinen at Kijkduin, The Hague.This cross-country run is one of the toughest in its category in our country. This is mainly because of the differences in altitude that the runner has to overcome. However the magnificent view on top of the parcours over the city of The Hague, the sea, beach and dunes, will be worth well the effort and sweat. Participants may choose to run the distance that suits their capabilities: 3.5, 7 or 10km (1, 2 or 3 laps)
